Job summary

Midlands Technical College is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Associate Director of Construction and Planning in scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing construction, renovation, and repair projects across multiple campuses. The role ensures organized tracking and effective collaboration to meet campus needs.

The position will provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager for major and minor construction projects across all College campuses, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant experience.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of the International Building Code.
• Entry level experience coordinating construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to the Associate Director of Construction and Planning.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and assist with timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with prioritization across campuses and help ensure projects stay organized and on track.
