Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Manager, Construction and Capital Projects to lead complex capital improvement programs from planning through closeout. The role covers budgeting, procurement, safety, quality, and turnover, with travel to sites across the region.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years of construction management experience, including multi-site projects. MS Project/Primavera/Procore skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction management experience, including multi-site capital projects.
• Experience managing projects from bidding through closeout and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project development from concept through completion.
• Oversee bid packages, contractor interviews, and contract execution.
• Direct construction management from mobilization to final completion and turnover.
• Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reporting; monitor milestones.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and quality control throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead closeout, turnover, and documentation like warranties and as-builts.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
