Job summary

Taylor Construction Management (TCM) is seeking a Campus Project Manager to serve as an owner’s representative for monitoring contractor performance, compliance, and documentation. The role focuses on oversight and reporting rather than executing project work, requiring clear communication with university leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5–10 years of project oversight or construction administration, plus strong contract knowledge and exemplary

• Strong knowledge of contracts and compliance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Contractor performance against contract scope and deliverables.
• Prepare daily activity reports and maintain records.
• Attend project meetings and document minutes.
• Provide objective updates to University leadership and escalate issues.
