• Excellent communication skills for upscale clientele and academic VIPs.
• H.S. diploma required, though equivalent hospitality experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with sophisticated service and provide local recommendations.
• Partner with housekeeping and management to anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests.
• Manage advanced reservations and maintain daily business reports with accuracy.
• Assist with training and mentoring student workers or support staff.
• Interface with university departments, VIP guests, and internal staff to ensure flawless operations.
