Job summary

Aztec Shops, Ltd. seeks a Concessions Manager to oversee day-to-day concession operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficiency, and policy compliance.

You will manage staffing, inventory, food production, cash handling, POS operations, alcohol service, and sanitation standards. Key duties include workforce management, scheduling, attendance, and corrective actions in partnership with Human Resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Two years of experience in high-volume food service operations and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, computer literacy, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concessions events and ensure guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Develop staff schedules to cover staffing needs and meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with university entities regarding concessions expectations and concerns.
