Aztec Shops Ltd. seeks an experienced Concessions Operations Leader to manage all day-to-day concessions at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego. You will lead 75+ major annual events and oversee 400+ staff across a 35,000-seat venue, ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional guest service.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in high-volume foodservice management, strong financial skills, and certifications such as ServSafe and RBS. On-site work with a dynamic team in a stadium setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Food Services Management or Business Administration.
• 5+ years’ management experience in a high-volume foodservice environment.
• Strong communications, time management, organizational skills.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial P&L and budgeting.
• ServSafe Managers certification and Management Food Handler Certification required; RBS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the daily concessions operations at Snapdragon Stadium.
• Maintain safe, sanitary operations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Lead staffing, training, recruitment and coaching of staff including managers and stand leads.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and tip distribution as per policies.
• Develop pricing policies/strategies for profitability and analyze sales data.
• Forecast costs/benefits for new projects and maintain reports.
