Aztec Shops Ltd. in San Diego, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to actively manage campus concessions on a day-to-day basis. You will direct employees, oversee events and concession locations, and maintain operational and financial standards.

The role requires leadership over shifts, scheduling, labor cost control, food safety compliance, and guest service. Night, weekend and holiday work is regularly required, with opportunities to collaborate with campus stakeholders and ensure

Competenze

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED and an associate’s degree in Food Services Management/Hospitality or Business Administration.

Mansioni

• Directs assigned concession operations, events, shifts, and locations under the General Manager of Concessions.
• Develops and adjusts employee schedules for each event to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
• Ensures menus, products, pricing, and promotions are implemented accurately.
• Monitors food quality, sanitation, and cost controls to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
