Aztec Shops, Ltd. is seeking a Full Time Snapdragon Stadium Concessions Sous Chef to lead the concessions kitchen, oversee a team of cooks and staff, and manage menu planning, inventory, and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in high‑volume kitchens, and the ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The position involves on‑site work, payroll oversight in UKG, and collaboration with university partners for operational success.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required plus two years of managerial experience in a high‑volume kitchen or similar setting.
• Degree or certificate from an accredited culinary school is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills required.

• Oversees daily kitchen operations for concessions, directing staff and labor allocation.
• Manages hiring, training, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Develops menus aligned with demand and profitability goals; ensures quality and compliance with laws.
