Job summary

Alpha leadership is hiring for a Lead Guide role focused on coaching Guides, building leaders, and creating a culture of excellence across Alpha campuses.

This is a full-time on-site position with relocation support to Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Orange County, CA; Santa Barbara, CA. The role emphasizes coaching, life-skills workshops, and student-centered outcomes, with compensation set at $200,000 USD/year and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to relocate to listed Alpha campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
