Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead full-time, part-time, and temporary staff, including hiring, training, coaching and development.
• Prepare and implement operating plans for all store departments for standard operations, rush periods, and events.
• Maintain positive relationships with campus administration, athletics, faculty and staff; explore campus partnerships.
• Oversee course materials management, inventory, adoptions, and buyback planning to maximize profitability.
• Drive customer service excellence and maintain engaging store visuals and a compelling shopping environment.
• Support corporate General Merchandise objectives and collaborate on store projects and renovations.
