Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent management and develop staff across all store levels.
• Prepare and implement detailed operating plans for all departments and events.
• Maintain strong campus relations and oversee course materials activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and oversee store presentation and merchandise.
• Manage back-office functions including invoices, chargebacks, and stock shipments.
• May oversee other locations and participate in store projects.
