• Oversee full-cycle talent management for store staff.

• Direct course materials activities and manage inventory/adoptions.
• Ensure customer service excellence and engaging store presentation.
• Coordinate store projects and may serve as regional trainer.
• Oversee back-office tasks and stock shipments per policies.
• May supervise additional locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
