Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of AV technology support experience in academia or corporate settings.
• Experience supporting computer hardware and software in academic/corporate environments.
• Experience providing customer service in academic or corporate environments.
• Effective written communication skills demonstrated in application materials.

Responsibilities

• Handle trouble calls/tickets for classrooms, events, and departmental spaces; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with classroom technology installations and inventory management; coordinate with installation crews.
• Stay current on classroom technologies, certifications, and training; co-manage student employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
