Boise State University is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to provide frontline support for the Admissions and New Student Programs office. The role focuses on in-person, phone, and email inquiries, with extensive document processing and data entry using department systems.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing and keyboarding proficiency with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to student and family inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Greet visitors at front desk and provide prompt, professional assistance.
• Clarify information and determine applicant educational background.
• Support admissions-related inquiries for Recruitment Specialists.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of University policies and procedures.
• Process and route documents, match and upload materials to imaging system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
