Job summary

The College of Southern Idaho is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to be the frontline contact for new and continuing students. You will guide admissions, advising, financial aid, scholarships, and enrollment steps, while delivering exceptional customer service in person, by phone, or online.

Responsibilities include assisting with course registration, managing student records, issuing ID cards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience across CSI campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, human services, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in student services, call centers, advising, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); OS experience preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between CSI locations; occasional evenings/weekends and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions, advising, financial aid, and scholarship guidance to students.
• Assist with course registration, records management, and enrollment processes.
• Support student outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with departments to smooth the enrollment process.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
