Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing in Milwaukee is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support enrollment efforts, provide admissions information to prospective students, and represent the College on campus. This on-site role targets strong communication and organizational skills to guide applicants through the admissions journey.

Based on department needs, you may also assist students nationwide, helping families navigate requirements and start their nursing education at a growing institution that values

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong professionalism, discretion with confidential information.
• Organized, professional, and personable with potential and current students.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures and student recruitment issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions information to prospective or newly admitted students.
• Create communication materials and represent the College on campus.
• Process paperwork, interview applicants, and coordinate campus tours.
• Maintain recruiting operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Advise students and families on admissions requirements and options.
• Conduct phone presentations and interviews to promote enrollments.
• Assist leads to navigate the enrollment process and follow up with prospects.
