Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support on-site enrollment efforts at our Milwaukee campus. The role focuses on informing prospective students, processing applications, and coordinating campus tours while maintaining compliant recruitment practices.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in admissions or recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in admissions, recruitment, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community through appointment, phone, email, and other materials.
• Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork; interview applicants; arrange campus tours; conduct follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes.
• Advise students and families regarding admissions requirements and policies.
• Contribute to enrollment growth through diligent follow-up with leads and inquiries.
