Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related business office experience required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Balance cashier reports daily and prepare bank deposits; ensure proper posting.
• Assist student accounts, answer inquiries, and support delinquent account holds.
• Enter and verify invoices in ERP; process payments and bank checks.
• Process student payroll via Banner and assist with timecards and direct deposits.
