Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Team Leader to supervise department associates, drive merchandising, pricing integrity, and inventory control while ensuring a high level of customer service. You will support the GSM/DM in achieving sales, margins, and payroll goals, and coordinate training, interviews, and weekly schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail with supervisory experience a plus, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates and manage merchandising.
• Staff the department, coordinate interviews, and schedule training.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain pricing, planogram accuracy, and UPC integrity.
• Assist in events and overall store operations.
