Job summary

Carowinds is seeking an Area Supervisor for Park Services to assist the Operations Supervisor in coordinating daily operations while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members. This is a year‑round, full‑time role requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

The position requires 18+ and previous park services supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule and pass

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years previous Park Services supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication (verbal, written & listening) skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Open availability to fill a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by law.
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, per Company policy, unless prohibited by law.
