Job summary

Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is seeking Retail and Ticketing Representatives to assist guests with events, shows, and activities in Medora. You will handle ticket sales, operate the POS, and support merchandise sales while delivering friendly service.

We seek individuals with excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in retail or guest services. Prior exposure to Etix or ticketing systems is a plus; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual and prepared for scheduled shifts.
Ability to solve problems and respond professionally to guest needs.
Experience operating POS systems and handling cash.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
Fluency in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
Assist guests with purchasing tickets for events (e.g., Medora Musical) and other activities.
Operate the cash register and ensure proper checkout processes.
Collect payments using the POS system and process returns/exchanges.
Assist customers with merchandise questions and purchases.
Restock and organize gift shop items and maintain store cleanliness.
Support store operations including opening/closing procedures.
Report POS, inventory or guest-service issues to management.
