Job summary

Game Seven Marketing is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to drive day-to-day client work, own timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, production, and finance.

You will be client-facing, maintaining transparency with trackers and summaries, and helping prepare presentations while developing financial literacy and problem-solving within a fast-paced agency environment in New York.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an agency, sponsorship, sports marketing, or related client-service environment.
• Experience supporting day-to-day partnership or campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for day-to-day client communications, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.
• Lead status calls and internal check-ins, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability.
• Build and maintain client trackers, toolkits, and summaries that create transparency and efficiency.
• Support the development of client presentations and materials, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality execution.
• Contribute research, category analysis, and competitive insights to inform client recommendations.
