Job summary

Betches Media is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to own post-sale campaigns across social, video, podcasts, web, newsletters, and events. You will be the main client contact, ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and clear performance insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assets, present wrap reports, and identify upsell opportunities to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of media experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with custom, social-first branded content management.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Creative thinker with a solutions-based mindset (main contact for campaigns).
• Familiarity with digital research, media sales and campaign analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the post-sale lifecycle for assigned campaigns across all Betches platforms (social, video, podcasts, web, newsletters, events).
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining day-to-day communication and ensuring satisfaction and renewal potential.
• Collaborate with content, podcast, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
• Develop wrap reports with delivery metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Troubleshoot challenges and provide creative, solutions-oriented thinking to drive client and internal success.
• Contribute to pre-sale ideation and planning with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Build knowledge of client goals and campaigns to drive renewals and upsells.
• Refine internal processes with the sales team to elevate client experience.
