Job summary

Brave is seeking a talented Client Success Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of advertisers and drive the success of their campaigns.

As a Client Success Manager at Brave, you should have solid marketing experience combined with a customer service mindset. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from discussing strategic solutions with clients to managing live campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, campaign development, or similar role (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask across multiple client accounts.
• Ability to advise clients on campaign strategy and best practices.
• Strong presentation and reporting abilities to share performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long term client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Manage the gathering and organization of client-provided campaign assets for smooth and timely deployment.
• Advise clients on campaign strategy and best practices.
• Communicate campaign performance insights with clients by generating and delivering regular reports.
• Lead client calls with strong presentation skills to showcase campaign performance and Brave's value.
• Own internal communications regarding campaign objectives, performance, status, and client needs.
