Publicis Groupe seeks a Manager, Client Management to drive activation of campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will coordinate with strategy, analytics, performance media, creator, and other capabilities to ensure flawless delivery, timely milestones, and high client satisfaction.

You will lead and mentor junior team members, maintain professional client communications, and participate in cross-functional forums to advance profitability and growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client service, account management, or agency roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience supporting management of client accounts.
• Foundational understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, resilience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with director manager on day-to-day client and agency communications for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned agencies and clients.
• Support collection of campaign data and content for client reviews, QBRs, and milestone presentations.
• Oversee campaign delivery to ensure programs are executed on time and aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate monthly billing reconciliation and ensure financial processes run smoothly.
• Identify incremental opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to profitability tracking.
