Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff II in West Texas on a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. You will maintain dishwashing and dining areas, assist with cold station prep, and support hot meal preparation. The role emphasizes safety, HACCP adherence, and guest-focused service in a remote hospitality setting.

Experience in dishwashing and English communication are preferred. The position offers room for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dishwashing experience in hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and service areas.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Prepare the salad bar and sandwich stations.
• Wash and slice vegetables and assist in hot meal prep.
• Restock all coolers and displays in the dining room.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for dishwashing procedures.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency procedures.
