Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff III to support chefs in production and maintain dining room stations. The role requires stocking, cleaning, rotating stock and strict adherence to HACCP and FIFO guidelines in a remote-camp setting.

You will assist with food service, equipment operation, and safety training while delivering strong guest service. Rotational schedule applies, with rotations overseen by management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dishwashing experience, preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Must pass a background check and urinalysis; provide own transportation to facility.
• Food safety certification and first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dining room service stations and assist chefs with production.
• Adhere to HACCP, food safety standards, FIFO guidelines, and rotating stock.
• Restock coolers/displays; operate kitchen equipment; clean and sanitize dishes.
• Provide world-class customer service and participate in safety meetings.
• Follow SOPs/ JSAs and perform other duties as assigned.
