Job summary

J.B. Hunt is seeking a Call Center Support I-1 in Lowell, Arkansas, to provide first-line service by routing calls, answering questions, and resolving basic problems.

You will support internal and external clients while working under supervision in a fast-paced environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service experience; college coursework or 1 year in a help desk is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service experience.
• College coursework or 1 year of customer service/help desk experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong logical reasoning to derive conclusions from general ideas.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and customer service.
• Knowledge of J.B. Hunt operations and systems recommended.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.
• Provide first-level responses and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Route calls and redirect as appropriate to resolve questions.
• Administer programs and processes specific to the operating unit.
• Engage in training and professional development to grow in logistics.
• Investigate client complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify issues and determine appropriate action for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with team to resolve challenges and build knowledge in logistics.
