You will respond to routine HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions, and follow escalation protocols to route non-routine issues. Under close supervision, you will handle policy questions, benefits navigation, and basic HR transactions, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience using computers and phones in an office setting.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and composure.
• Follow established procedures and communicate clearly.
• Ability to transmit and interpret information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Document all People Support Center activities and assign to the appropriate party using internal tools.
• Meet service center metrics such as hold time, call length, transfers, and resolution accuracy.
• Address routine employee inquiries and escalate complex calls.
• Communicate HR and Payroll policies and procedures across all employee levels.
• Provide self-service guidance to ensure accurate personnel records and protect PII in HRIS.
• Support HR technology testing, implementations, and updates.
