Responsibilities

• Respond to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Contact previous customers for renewal and prospective customers for new services
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of call details

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work 5 days a week that includes weekend rotations; call center operates from 6am to 11pm, seven days a week
• Discipline to work remotely (hybrid in office and remote work schedule) once successfully approved
• Ability to effectively manage conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing all concerns efficiently
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience working with customers directly; phone, dispatch, and/or inbound experience is a plus
• Proficiency working with various computer programs, multiple screens at once, and ability to master our in-house CSR program; good typing skills required
• Geographical knowledge of our service area and/or map reading skills
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and thorough background check

Compensation

Job type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
