Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners, assess needs, and present tailored HVAC solutions. You will drive growth with an in-home, consultative sales approach, building lasting relationships while guiding customers through financing options.

The role leverages CRM and iPad tools to track activity and close opportunities. The position offers guaranteed weekly pay, uncapped commission (typically $100K–$200K+ annual), full-time year-round work,

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales.
• HVAC sales with a customer-first consultative approach.
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits.
• Strong communication, integrity, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends to meet customer needs.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools (CRM / iPad usage).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll provide expert guidance, present customized HVAC solutions, and ensure each homeowner receives the highest level of service. This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines.
