Randstad USA is seeking a customer-service oriented candidate for a first-shift role in San Diego. You will handle inbound/outbound calls related to account status and inquiries, and perform scheduling in EPIC HealthConnect while maintaining accurate messaging and documentation.

The position requires a high school diploma and about 1 year in a call center or scheduling environment, with strong multitasking and typing skills. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

• Typing 40 WPM or faster.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and handles incoming calls (inquiries, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
