Job summary

Adecco is assisting a client in Whiteville, NC to fill a Collections Specialist role on-site. The position pays $15/hour with potential conversion to a permanent role at $22/hour and requires open availability Mon-Sat within 8a-9p shifts.

Responsibilities include collecting on delinquent accounts following standardized procedures and escalating problem accounts to supervision as needed. Candidates should have Call Center/Collections or Customer Service experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Collections Specialist in Whiteville, NC!

Pay rate: $15/hr

Shift availability: Operating hours: Mon – Sat, 8a-9p, Will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift during those hours, must have open availability

Temp to perm ($22/hr upon conversion)

Collect on delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures. Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.

Requirements:

Call Center, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Collections experience required

• Good decision-making and problem solving skills

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Whiteville, NC!

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
