Job summary

MAFÉ Resources in Miami, FL is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to own conversations, handle objections, and close deals. This on-site role offers a daily dialer workflow, with a base pay of $21/hr plus commissions, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing financial services company.

You will engage warm and cold leads, guide prospects through funding options, and work with small business owners to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, call center, or closing experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a high-call-volume, commission-driven setting.
• Strong communicator with goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

• Speak with merchants who have worked with us before or recently showed interest through our website.
