Job summary

Bear Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative in Mesa, AZ to provide exceptional customer service on a high-volume inbound calls lane.

You will assist customers with inquiries, toll payments, receipts and violation questions, and document notes on accounts. Responsibilities include using available tools to resolve issues, meeting productivity and quality targets, and completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to work 9am-5:30pm Eastern time zone
• Drug and Background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Assist customers with general inquiries, toll payments, receipts, and violation-related questions in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
• Place clear and concise notes on customer accounts for documentation and tracking purposes
• Meet performance goals for efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
• Complete other duties as assigned
