Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Call Center/related experience preferred.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills essential.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems required.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Document all customer interactions
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
