Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer, typing, and data entry skills.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, appointments, and customer requests.
