Job summary

Customand is seeking a friendly Call Center Representative to assist customers, answer inquiries, schedule services, and support daily operations. You will be an excellent communicator who can handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate brings strong multitasking abilities, active listening, and accurate data entry. You will document interactions, update records in company systems, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth relocations and outstanding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer, typing, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding moving and relocation services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, appointments, and customer requests.
• Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, scheduling, and policies.
• Schedule moving appointments and coordinate service requests.
• Document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
