What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other communication methods
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
- Identify operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
