What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using the Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution-specific information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in patient support programs
- Familiarity with payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers
