Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits. You will provide accurate, consistent information and deliver high-quality customer service from a home-based setting.

Position requires at least 2 years in a call center, strong PC proficiency, and a HS diploma with higher education preferred in social or behavioral sciences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
