Job summary

Automated Health Systems is hiring for temporary and regular Customer Service Representative roles that are remote, with equipment pickup in Pittsburgh, PA. Ideal candidates have call center experience, knowledge of Medicaid, and strong PC skills.

Minimum two years in a call center environment is required; a high school diploma is mandatory, with an associate's degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences. Bilingual skills are a plus.
