Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This remote position requires you to pick up equipment in Tallahassee, FL, and supports individuals with benefits information and guidance.

You will provide accurate information, maintain service quality, and deliver empathetic customer support within a health services context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
