Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role that requires picking up equipment in Tallahassee. You will assist individuals with benefits information, ensure accuracy in responses, and deliver high-quality service to clients in a health services setting.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in a call center, familiarity with Medicaid preferred, solid PC skills, and a high school diploma or GED; an Associates degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
