Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role with in-person equipment pickup in Tallahassee, FL. You will assist individuals with benefits information, maintain accuracy, and provide quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a call center, familiarity with Medicaid, strong PC skills, and a GED or high school diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred in social or behavioral sciences. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
