Job summary

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln in New York is seeking a driven BDC / Internet Sales Representative to handle incoming internet leads, call prospects, and schedule sales appointments. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on high-volume sales and exceptional customer service.

• Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service to help maintain top customer satisfaction scores.
• Work with the Internet Sales Director and team to improve sales and customer engagement processes.

What You’ll Do
