Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads and phone inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet.
• Build relationships to generate repeat business.
• Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the Internet Sales Director to improve processes.
