Job summary

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated BDC Internet Sales Representative to handle incoming internet leads and set appointments. The role offers top pay with aggressive bonus and commission structures and a clear path to $80k+ earnings.

You will engage customers, log interactions in the CRM, and work closely with the Internet Sales Director to improve engagement and sales processes. Training is provided to the right candidate.

Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom prospects

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments

• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet

• Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system

• Provide excellent customer service to help maintain top customer satisfaction scores

• Work with the Internet Sales Director and team to improve sales and customer engagement processes

What We’re Looking For
