Staffmark Group is hiring a Call Center Associate in Columbus, OH. You will respond to calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants, and provide information on housing programs and eligibility.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and confidentiality. Pay is $20.33 per hour with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
