Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC) is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our Call Center as Appointment Specialists in Minnesota. You will use a structured script to engage customers, build rapport, and set up free in-home estimates for remodeling projects.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, verifying customer details, scheduling appointments at convenient times, and promoting our windows and bathroom services while delivering excellent service.
